Connect Rank'N'Chill to your site

Choose your platform, install the connector, then link the site from your Rank'N'Chill workspace. WordPress uses a plugin; Shopify uses OAuth.

WordPress

Download the plugin, activate it, then paste into WordPress the key generated from your Rank'N'Chill workspace.

A WordPress site with administrator rights.
Permission to install a plugin (ZIP).
A Rank'N'Chill account to retrieve the connection key.

Download the ZIP below.
In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
Activate the plugin, generate a key in Rank'N'Chill → Sites, then paste it in WordPress → Settings → Rank'N'Chill.
Test the connection and choose whether publishing is automatic or approval-based.

Shopify

Shopify connection starts from your Rank'N'Chill workspace. No file to download.

A Shopify store you own or can authorize as staff.
Permission to approve content access (pages and articles).
A Rank'N'Chill account to start OAuth.

Open Rank'N'Chill → Sites and connect your Shopify store.
Select the store you want to connect.
Approve the requested content access.
Confirm your publishing preferences and receive updates in Slack, Teams, or email.

After you connect

Add the site in the dashboard if needed, test the connection, then choose the approval mode. LinkedIn, GA4, and Teams depend on the Premium plan.

Installation questions

Where do I paste the WordPress key?

In WordPress → Settings → Rank'N'Chill, after you activate the plugin. The key is generated in Rank'N'Chill → Sites and binds that WordPress to your organization.

What Shopify permissions are requested?

Content access (pages and articles) so the agent can suggest and publish. You approve them on the Shopify OAuth screen.

How long does setup take?

A few minutes if you have admin rights. The first piece of content then depends on site setup and approval mode.
